Welcome to the Lake Alfred Elementary Parent/Teacher Organization page! It is PTO,s primary goal to support our children, teachers, and parents with the gift of our time and effort.

Thank you for taking an active role in your child's education!

PTO Membership

Throughout the year, PTO helps Lake Alfred Elementary by fundraising and volunteering for numerous activities. Our fundraisers currently pay for various Great Clubs, contests, teacher appreciation, and specific needs.

One of our present objectives is to gain more members to volunteer their time throughout the school year. We are planning for this year, and you can be part of the fun! For parents that work full-time, there is still plenty of opportunities to help. It could be a simple donation of purchased food or drinks for various teacher or parent activities.

We need volunteers for the following events…

Field trips, book fairs, orientations, fundraisers, Thanksgiving in the cafe, Teacher Appreciation luncheon, Field Day, label counting…and more!

All volunteers must be registered and approved by Polk County School Board before being permitted to spend time on campus or attend field trips with students.

The whole process takes about six weeks, so don't delay. We need you!!!
